The annual compensation payable to the Board of Directors, including the Chairman, is determined by resolution at the general meeting.

At the Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2012 it was decided a total remuneration to the Board of Directors to amount to SEK 1.675.000.

None of the members of the Board of Directors is entitled to any benefits following a departure from the Board of Directors.
